We're the producer of professional entrance mats (doormats). We designed the connection between profiles (directly "profile-in-profile"), so we're able to give 10 years guaranty for aluminum profiles.
What makes our products so diffrent form others?:
- way of connection our profiles, we put the head of one profile into the hole of second profile, so we do not use any wires or PCV connectors which can be broken very easly. In this way we can give the guarantee 10 years for our aluminum profiles. This way of connection makes our mat easy to put in the recess (roll out), and roll up when they need to be cleaned. The mat keep their shape and profile in the same level after rolling oup and out. Mats are delivered in rolls.
- distance between profiles are save for high heels,
- thickness of profile walls-mat is very strong and endure, and you can change the inserts after life-span, as the walls are wide the profiles walls do not deforme after some time of using and when you remove the old insert, you can put the new one for replacemenet as the iners width is always equel to new profiles,
-aluminum quantity per 1 m2 Prestige approx. 12 kg, Avangarde approx. 15 kg- this is why our mat are so strong,
-we are sure of the quality of our products and we gave 10-years guaranty for aluminum profile, 1-year guaranty for inserts, but with proper maintenance they can live for 3-4 years,
-insert can be replace by the new one after life span so the mat is min. 10-year investition.
